Gave us the wrong address? If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to help. Please contact our customer service via email at hi@brklz.com. Brklz is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses, so please make sure to double check during the checkout process.

All items must be returned to us undamaged and unused to qualify for returns or exchanges.
Personalized items, such as name tags and name plates, are not exchangeable or refundable.
Returns
We allow 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received to qualify for an exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns made within the US are free. Currently we are not able to cover international return shipping costs.
Brklz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return packages.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you a notification with the current status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
